This short daily meditation practice is designed to bring peace, clarity, and inner strength. It can be done anytime, especially in the early morning or before sleep.
You may sit on a chair or on the floor. Keep your spine comfortable and relaxed. You can keep your eyes gently open or closed.
Minute 1: Settle and Relax (1 Minute)
Sit comfortably and become still.
Gently observe your breathing.
Do not try to control it—just watch it.
As you breathe, allow your body to relax.
Let go of tension from the shoulders, face, and forehead.
Feel yourself becoming calm and light.
Minute 2–3: Calm the Mind (2 Minutes)
Now, bring your attention inward.
Silently say to yourself:
“I am calm.”
“I am peaceful.”
Allow these thoughts to flow gently.
If other thoughts arise, do not fight them.
Calmly return to the feeling of peace.
The mind begins to slow down naturally.
Minute 4–5: Self-Awareness (2 Minutes)
Bring awareness to your true self.
Silently reflect:
“I am a peaceful soul.”
“I am separate from my thoughts and emotions.”
Visualize yourself as a small point of soft, white light at the center of the forehead—calm, steady, and pure.
Feel inner stability and quiet strength.
Minute 6–7: Experience Peace (Optional)
Remain in this peaceful awareness.
Do not force any thoughts.
Just experience silence, lightness, and stillness.
Even a few moments of this awareness refresh the mind deeply.
Minute 8–9: Positive Intention (Optional)
Create one positive intention for the day:
“I will remain peaceful.”
“I will respond with patience.”
“I will spread calm through my actions.”
Let this intention settle in your mind.
Minute 10: Return Gently
Slowly bring your attention back.
Become aware of your surroundings.
Move your hands and open your eyes gently.
Carry this calmness into your daily activities.
Tips for Daily Practice
Practice daily at the same time, if possible.
Early morning (Brahma Muhurta) or night before sleep is ideal.
Even 5 minutes daily is more powerful than long, irregular practice.
Meditation is not effort—it is gentle awareness.
