🧘 Meditation Practice – 7 Chakras & Kundalini Awakening

Meditation – Introduction

Meditation is a gentle and natural practice that helps us experience inner peace, clarity, and self-awareness. In today’s fast-moving world, the mind is often restless due to stress, fear, and endless thoughts. Meditation helps us slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with our true self.
Meditation is not about stopping thoughts forcefully or escaping life. It is about understanding the mind, choosing positive thoughts, and experiencing calm awareness. With regular practice, meditation improves emotional balance, concentration, relationships, and spiritual strength.
This method of meditation can be practiced anywhere, at any time, with eyes open or closed. It does not require special postures, rituals, or physical strain. What matters most is attention, awareness, and intention.
Steps of Meditation
Meditation can be practiced step by step. Each step gently prepares the mind for deeper experience.

Step 1: Relaxation:

Relaxation is the foundation of meditation. Before focusing the mind, we must release physical and mental tension.
Sit comfortably and allow the body to relax naturally. Observe your breathing without trying to change it. As you breathe gently, let go of stress, worries, and heaviness. Feel your muscles becoming soft and the mind becoming calm.
Relaxation creates a peaceful inner space where meditation can begin.

Step 2: Concentration:

Concentration means directing the mind toward one chosen thought.
Once relaxed, gently focus your attention on a single point, word, or idea—such as peace, light, or silence. When the mind wanders, do not struggle. Calmly bring it back to the chosen focus.
With practice, concentration improves mental clarity, reduces distraction, and strengthens inner discipline.

Step 3: Contemplation:

Contemplation is deeper thinking with awareness.
At this stage, reflect on positive truths such as:
“I am a peaceful soul.”
“My true nature is calm and pure.”
“I am independent of thoughts and emotions.”
Contemplation helps us reconnect with our inner values and spiritual identity. The mind becomes refined, elevated, and meaningful.

Step 4: Realisation:

Realisation is the experience of truth, not just thinking about it.
Here, the thoughts created during contemplation turn into inner experience. Peace is no longer an idea—it becomes a feeling. Love is no longer a word—it becomes a state of being.
In this stage, understanding and feeling come together, creating deep inner stability and confidence.

Step 5: Meditation (Deep Awareness):

Meditation is a state of natural awareness and inner silence.
In this stage, the mind remains gently focused, light, and peaceful. There is a sense of connection with the inner self and the higher source of positive energy. Thoughts slow down, and the mind feels refreshed and renewed.
Even a few minutes of this experience can bring clarity, healing, and spiritual strength.
Conclusion
Meditation is a journey from restlessness to stillness, from outer noise to inner silence. By practicing these steps regularly, meditation becomes a way of living—not just a practice.
Just a few minutes each day can transform the quality of thoughts, actions, and life itself.
